Dining is an essential component of your Deer Valley Resort experience. The charming Deer Valley Grocery-Café serves as a gourmet market and restaurant. Visit this restaurant for a decadent lunch, breakfast, or themed dinner with stunning views of the Deer Valley mountains from the café's indoor or outdoor seating areas. Five-star dining and gorgeous views await you at Stein Eriksen Lodge's Glitretind. Zane Holmquist, the restaurant's award-winning chef, bases his dishes on seasonal menus and uses only the freshest, locally sourced, and sustainably farmed ingredients.

 

RIME at St. Regis delivers traditional American cuisine conceived by the hotel's executive chef, Matthew Harris. Enjoy freshly caught seafood, ethically sourced prime cuts, and delicious wine. Apex, the premier restaurant at Montage Deer Valley, serves classic American fare in an informal yet elegant atmosphere in a breathtaking mountain location. Deer Valley Resort offers a unique skiing experience. Ski in perfect conditions across 2,000 acres of varying terrain and slopes. You can also ski with an Olympic skiing champion. Skiing with one of these athletes can be a half or full-day experience you and your friends and family will never forget. At Deer Valley Resort, the top freestyle skiers in the world compete in the Freestyle International Ski World Cup during winter. In this event, you will see athletes twisting, flying, and racing their way to the podium.

 

In the cool summer, attend the annual Mountain Beer Festival to sample brews from more than a dozen Utah breweries. Guests at this one-of-a-kind festival can ride the chairlift to several locations throughout the resort to take in the sights, dine, and listen to live music.

 

The Twilight Ride Series allows riders to explore the Deer Valley mountains after dark. Private lessons are also available if booked in advance.
